Ringing in World Down’s Syndrome Day with a bang

The grounds of Campion College came alive on March 18 when the Jamaica Down Syndrome Foundation stormed through with the ‘Lift up Down’s’ concert. The annual event, supported by Digicel Foundation, celebrates those living with and dealing with Down Syndrome, while raising awareness of the condition. The event was held just in time for World Down’s Syndrome Day (March 21) and included a segment specially dedicated to us, their Digicel family! To express their gratitude for our support over the years, the segment dubbed "The Digicel Moment” was celebrated with a showcase from their very own members in a dance ensemble.
