Getting it right from the start

Renovation of the Upper Rock Spring All-Age & Infant School in Hanover is another example of how our partnership with the Early Childhood Commission (ECC) is working to get early-childhood schools certified under the ECC’s 12 Operating Standards. The Spanish-Jamaica Foundation, Digicel volunteers and the school community pitched in to provide additional donations and time towards the effort.
