Ramps for Hopewell High

After the Jamaica Observer reported that a wheelchair-bound student of the Hopewell High School was unable to go to classes for over two months because of lack of access, we felt the need to respond. We got into action and began work to retrofit the school with ramps to improve access to classrooms, offices and washrooms for persons with disabilities. Hopewell High is one of the many schools that will be retrofitted this year as part of our ‘Ramps in school’ Programme.
