The Scholarship and Assistance Unit of the Ministry of Finance and the Public Service has therefore been mandated to manage the GOJ Civil Service Training Programme and acts as a point of contact for various donor agencies and countries offering technical assistance to the Government through bilateral and multilateral agreements.
