Digicel Foundation and the Jamaica Cultural Development Commission (JCDC) have partnered for a second year to award the National Project of the 2017 Miss Jamaica Festival Queen Competition.

Each year, the National Queen is required to carry out a community project to benefit her community and fellow Jamaicans.
